If this is your first time ordering lanyards, you may be feeling a bit overwhelmed by the range of lanyard options available. Don't worry though... we're here to help make this process as simple and painless as it can possibly be for you. We can send out lanyard samples to let you make an informed choice of the lanyard style you prefer - we will give you straightforward and honest feedback about which lanyard style we would recommend for your logo. We can also help to get your design ready for lanyard production (free of charge as part of your order)... all we need is your logo.

1) Get in Touch About...
If you're looking for custom lanyards, the first thing to do is contact us with to let us know what you're looking for. The best way to do this is by email - please attach your artwork or logo, if possible as well as details of any fonts and Pantone references for your corporate colours, if known. If you don't know Pantone references we can match as closely as possible to the colours within your logo or on your website.
If you have a deadline, let us know when you enquire so that we can try to meet that for you. If your deadline is urgent (i.e. less than 2 weeks), we may still be able to meet it - we can supply printed lanyards in as little as 7 working days at no extra cost, however please be aware that urgent orders have little or no contingency in the event of delays outwith our control (i.e. courier issues, no access at delivery address etc.).
Stock Lanyards and Cardholders:
If you're looking for stock items (such as plain or pre-printed lanyards or ID cardholders) you can either send us an email with your order details (invoice and delivery address, products, quantities etc.) or you can order online over at our Lanyards Shop.
2) Placing An Order
We will confirm prices and lead times by email and, if you're happy to proceed, just send a return email confirming your order together with the address for invoicing and the delivery address (if different). We'll then get things moving for you.
We cannot take orders over the phone as we need your order in writing.
3) Preparing Artwork
We're more than happy to assist with your lanyard artwork. If you haven't already, when you've confirmed your order, simply send us your logo in a format we can use (please see the Lanyard Artwork page for more information) and we'll prepare an on-screen proof of your lanyard for approval.
Please pay particular attention to this stage and check that any text (especially spelling and/or contact information is accurate and colours are correct. We cannot easily rectify after production (a new order would be required at additional cost).
If you are happy with the proof, please send us an email to contractually approve, and we will proceed to mass production. If not, let us know and we will make any changes as required.
4) Paying for Your Order
You will receive a proforma invoice by email. Please forward this on to the relevant person within your company or organisation for attention. Payment in advance of production is required for first time orders - for subsequent orders, 30 days credit from date of ordering may be extended on application (subject to satisfactory credit check).
To help us to process and deliver your order more quickly, please let us know at the time of ordering if there is a specific person/email address that your invoice should be sent to as well as the delivery address for your order, if different.
We can accept payment by BACS, cheque or credit card, whichever is most convenient for you. For special or larger orders, we will require a deposit before proceeding to production, even if you have an account with us.
5) Delivery and Turnaround
Plain and pre-printed lanyards can normally be shipped the same day for next working day† delivery if you order and pay for them before 1:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public/bank holidays), and as long as we have sufficient stocks for the quantity you would like to order.
Most screen printed and full colour printed lanyards can be turned around in 1-2 weeks (custom dyeing the material for Pantone®-matching can add up to a week onto the process). Woven and satin lanyards generally take longer - around 3 weeks so please allow sufficient time when ordering.

† - next working day delivery applies to most of mainland UK but excludes more remote regions and offshore areas. Although this is not a guaranteed delivery service, we estimate that >90% of our orders are delivered the next working day. "Working days" are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
